With End of Financial Year 2021 fast approaching, there would be so many items popping up on your to-do lists, including a few things to do in your Centaman system.

1. PERFORM A STOCKTAKE
Stocktake is one of the first things to check off your list when prepping for the end of the financial year. Stocktake time gives you a great opportunity to analyse which products flew off your shelves so you know what is popular enough for a restock, and which products stayed on the shelves and are better off discontinued. 2. UPDATE YOUR PRICES AND FEES
The end of financial year always means annual price rises, and in turn creates a whole lot of admin work for you including a whole lot of updating that needs to be done in your system. Prices for your stock, services and memberships all need to be updated in your system to reflect the annual price rise.
You already have enough to focus on so your Centaman system can make this process so much quicker for you. Centaman enables you to update your prices ahead of time and schedule them to change over on your chosen date, such as July 1st.
When it comes to price changes, the easiest thing to do is ask your reception team to work through a list of price changes and manually update them in the system. This can be done gradually during quiet periods in your facility.
