All they need to do now is bring this pass when they visit your centre for the first time so your helpful staff can issue them with an official membership card or wrist band. Super simple, right?

From Centaman, you can send an automated prompt to your member reminding them to renew their membership before it expires, with a helpful link to the ePass module. All your member needs to do from here is click the link and log in, select “renew” and pay for any outstanding payments upfront. It’s quick and hassle-free so they don’t feel held up by the process.
Purchase family memberships
If one of your members already has their own account, they can choose to register and add their family members, such as their children, to their account so all the memberships can be managed from one place.
Your members can choose to purchase a family membership, and choose different packages and membership types within that family membership. However, their child also likes to attend swimming classes on a more casual basis over the summer school holidays, so your member can choose a ten class swimming pass for them within the one account.
